The company JJ Steel Construction started its operations in the early 90’s whilst sub contracted to Finchim Steel and in 1998 it was formally established and registered in the name JJ Steel Construction, the name taken from the initials of the late Johannes Jakobus Liebenberg who left the legacy to his family, hence making it a family partnership.

THE HUB AND ITS CAPICITY

JJ Steel Construction makes it happen throughout South Africa, though our main hub (Home base) is situated in Mahikeng, North West Province, there are magnificent work which can be seen through many provinces.

The name JJ Steel Construction stands high in the Industrial Sites of Mahikeng forming part of the strong growing industrial, constructing in line with the governments policy of Job creation and boosting South Africa’s economy.

The hub consists of Admin offices, Fabrication workshop, Stores, spray painting area and a canteen for personnel.

CONCLUSION

At JJ Steel Construction we take initiatives and encourage staff skills empowerment through in house training programmes, equipping them with the best knowledge in the field of their employment occupation.

We are very proud to see that most of our staff joined the company as unskilled laborers who have gained an extensive knowledge through our training program, and hence they are artisans today producing the best and quality work for our clients.

JJ Steel also plays a role in the empowerment of the community in the surrounding areas, through donations for the needy and support by paying for their educational needs.
